These were obsolete for combat use, but the projectiles were fine for practice ammunition. The 152mm gun ammunition was issued as fixed rounds with a distinctive light yellow combustible cartridge case with a texture similar to fiber-board. No markings at all on this one. Projectile has been repainted OD color but no stencil markings added. This is a December 1918 dated example with the top wad markings clean and legible.
